These Terms of Service govern use of the official Myles Duffy website and the private, first-party publishing and reporting system used by the owner and authorized operators to manage official Myles Duffy accounts. The private system is not a public service and does not provide public registration or third-party accounts.
Website purpose
This website provides official information, music links, media, social destinations, and required disclosures for Myles Duffy. Content and links may be updated without notice.
Private publishing and reporting system
Authorized operators may use the system to authenticate official accounts; prepare, schedule, upload, publish, update, or manage owner-approved content; select and apply content visibility settings; confirm publication; and retrieve performance information made available by connected platform APIs.
The system acts only on official accounts controlled by Myles Duffy and only for actions expressly authorized by the owner. Access credentials, OAuth tokens, and private operational data may not be shared with unauthorized persons.
YouTube API Services
The system uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing or using YouTube functionality, the authorized operator also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy. Google authorization can be reviewed or revoked through Google Security Settings.
Connected platforms
The website and private system may connect or link to third-party services, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, X, TikTok, Apple Music, Spotify, and other owner-authorized services. Each third-party service operates under its own terms, policies, quotas, and availability requirements.
Acceptable use
You may browse the public website and use its official links for lawful, personal purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the website or private system; introduce malicious code; impersonate an authorized operator; misuse connected accounts or credentials; scrape protected systems; or use the website or system in violation of law or a connected platform’s rules.
Data and privacy
Information handled through the website and private system is governed by the Myles Duffy Privacy Policy. Deleting data stored by the private system does not delete data stored by a connected platform; platform content must be deleted through that platform or an authorized client supporting deletion.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original music, artwork, branding, text, and other creative materials associated with Myles Duffy are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the website as described in these terms.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The website and private system are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Availability, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and compatibility with third-party services are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myles Duffy and authorized operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or platform-related losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, the private system, or linked third-party services.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the website, private system, connected services, or applicable requirements change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
